Colby's leap of Faith!

After many trips to the edge and back to the stairs, Colby along with his cousin Brayden made the leap off the Second level platform at Lava. Way to go Colbs. You are much more brave than I am. They even got Laren up there too. Sorry no pics of that one :)

LAVA FUN!

We had a Boyce Family reunion last weekend, we have made it a tradition to go to Lava Hot Springs and lay in the sun, swim, jump of Olympic tall platforms and just enjoy the day together! We did all that and some of us didn't even get our hair wet!! Anyway we had so much fun we decided to make it a full weekend next year! Then we headed back to Sherree's house and had a great time there, Thanks for your hospitality, we love getting together with Laren's family. Its always full of laughter and lots of fun.

Mutton Bustin

So this was Rylee's last year at the Mutton Bustin Contest, she is out growing the sheep! She was so set on winning that trophy, but didn't quite make it! She did great though I am so proud of her for always trying her best and being so brave! She got to show her good friend Jack the ropes so he wouldn't be so nervous his first time around. They both did great. Nothing better than a good night at the rodeo!

Summer fun!

So this month has flown by already. We have had stuff going on every weekend and everyday I just want summer to slow down a little before its gone! Anyway, we have had a fun time so far. We went to the Zoo with Nana, Ali and her boys. We went to the Pony express days Carnival for 5 hours. The kids could buy a wrist band and ride all the rides they wanted all night long. That is the only way to go to a Carnival. They didn't want to stop. I don't know where they come from they went on all the rides and didn't get sick once. I got sick just watching them. Anyway, we had our Family Golf Tournament with some of our families closest friends. We all had a great time. Its so neat that My Dad and his three friends from high school have all stayed so close. Our families all grew up together and now the dads have passed there love of golf onto the family, so we do a golf tournament and picnic each year and it is always so fun. That same night we hurried back to our house and had a block party with our neighbors. We live so close to a park and for pony express days they put on a concert with Little Texas, Blackhawk and Restless Heart. Old School but good! So we bar'b'qued and listened to music and watched the great firework show after the concert. It could have been a little warmer, but the kids didn't care they had fun playing all night long. We love our street and our neighbors, they are all so fun and we love where we live!
