3 weeks brings hospital visits!

Wow where did that 3 weeks go?? Everything was going great, until Hadlee got congested and a fever. I took her in to the Dr. expecting them to tell me, Oh she's fine just a little cold. But that show's you how long its been since I've had a baby. They immediately did a Lumbar Test,(not fun) and sent us straight to the hospital for 48 hrs for more tests. I was beside myself. I didn't realize how fragile these little people are and how much their body just can't take. All the tests came back negative, it was just a virus thank goodness. She is home and feeling much better and we are sterilizing people before they walk in our door! J/K almost just a Light Lysol Shower! Anyway here are some pictures to catch us up. Hadlee is changing everyday and showing us more and more of her personality. She is going to be fiesty! She will let you know when she doesn't like something and you better listen or she will turn up the heat just like that. I swear she has smiled sincerly at me 2 times and Laren once, we are not keeping tabs or anything though. :) The kids adore her and can't wait until she can laugh at them. All in all things are going great! Thanks for all your calls and prayers on our behalf! We are so blessed to have such great family and friends.

Hadlee Ann Boyce

After a long night of thinking and the opinions of several people, we decided to go with Hadlee Ann Boyce. We are so happy to have her here and to have mom and baby both healthy. She is eating great and sleeping a lot... (Hadlee is too) Here are a couple more pictures.

She's Here!!!!!

She is finally here. It seems like things moved quickly and hard to believe that she is actually here. Healthy and cute as a button... I keep saying "she" because we still don't know what to call her. We have narrowed it to Hadlee Ann or Graycee Ann. We may need a little help if you have an opinion.

Can you say BABY!!!!

WOW, I can't believe its finally here. Tomorrow is the big day! Baby Boyce will arrive. Is it driving any of you crazy that we don't have a name yet. Well welcome to my world. We do have 3 lovely names we just don't know which one yet. Gracee Ann, Atyson Ann or Hadlee Ann Boyce will be blessed to come into this world hopefully tomorrow. Anyway we can't wait, I am excited and the kids are very excited and Laren....well lets just say he'll adjust(I hope)!
Anyway here are some pictures of her room. I thought it turned out perfect. I still need to decorate and put things on the walls and dresser but, so far its livable! Thanks Mom, Dad and Laren for all your hard work and helping me with my vision, it is exactly what I wanted!

First Day of School Already!

Wow I must say that this was the fastest summer ever. I am so thankful for my kids that were so patient with me while I managed my way through the heat of the summer with swollen ankles feeling like a beached whale, I wasn't really up for doing a whole lot. We managed to swim, camp, fish and PLAY alot with friends this summer! All in all it was good but never last long enough.


Colby is in 5th Grade this year. We are so proud of him, he is a great student and such a responsible young man. He was asked to be on a year round Competitive Soccer team this summer and was so dedicated at getting up early for practice every morning. He is excited for this year because he has another cute teacher Mrs Decker, and he can't wait to see what new things he can take on this year! Good luck bud we love you!


Rylee is going into 2nd grade and has such a good attitude about it. She couldn't wait to go back to school. She is such a social person, she loves to play with friends. There were many time this summer she wouldn't eat because she would rather play then take 5 minutes to eat a sandwich, she's so worried about missing out on something. Anyway she has Mrs Layne this year and doesn't really know anyone in her class, but that doesn't stop her she will have lots of friends in no time. She has gotten to be such a great reader and continues to work hard to do what it right. She is such a light in our life and can't wait to be a big sister! We love you Rylee good luck, and keep up your positive attitude, you can do anything you put your mind to.

Family Fun at Palisades!

This year for our Annual Johnson Family Reunion, we went to Palisades and went Camping, Golfing, Fishing and Swimming. Everyone was there at some point or another except Ashley, We missed you Ash!!!! We had a great time, thanks mom and dad for putting it together! The kids never once got bored there was plenty to keep them entertained. Other than the Bear in my tent and the skunk outside the tent and the sunburns I couldn't have asked for anything more than to make memories with my family! I love when we all get together! I may enjoy it a tad more not pregnant next year I will rock the beach and not look like the beached whale!

Oh We Went Out Last Night!!!

Janean has a wonderful husband that bought her some tickets to Kenny Chesney for Mothers day!! How thoughtful of him! One stipulation, that he didn't have to go, she could take her girlfriends!! Even more thoughtful of him!!! Thanks Lanny it was a great night! Even though it felt like it was 120 degrees and I could literally ring the sweat out of my clothes and I am 8 months pregnant, it was a great night! Kenny and all the others put on such a fun concert! And anytime you get to spend with two of your favorite people is a good time! Thanks Nean and Treo for the fun night!

Idaho fun and Wedding Celebrations!

We took a trip on up to Idaho Falls for Laren's nephew Brett and Jessica's wedding! We usually stay with family but since there was so much going on we decided to get a hotel for once and let our kids think it was more of a vacation that way!! We never stay in hotels so it was fun not to have to clean our room for a couple of days! It was a beautiful HOT weekend in I.F. We swam took many walks along the Riverwalk and played with family. It really is so pretty there along the river, the kids loved chasing the geese and ducks and walking along the river. I was a slacker with the camera and never had it with so I didn't get very many pictures, Sorry!





Brett and Jessica had a beautiful wedding day! They are a beautiful couple also! It made us remember our Hot July Wedding day!

Today is Mine and Laren's 4th anniversary! Wow to think we've made it that long...:) I just wanted to say happy anniversary Babe! Thanks for all you do for me and our family, we really appreciate you and all that you do! I Love ya! Happy us Day!

Forth of July!!

I love the Forth of July, this year it was pretty low key and laid back which was nice. We have had such a busy summer so far, this was our first weekend to stay home and just hang out, so that's what we did! We went to the Real Soccer Game on Friday night, that was fun. They had fireworks after the game and that got us excited for the next day! Colby and Laren and I really enjoyed the game , rylee was more interested in where Lion the Real Mascot was! Saturday was relaxed and fun, we just hung out at home the kids played all day with their friends. We had a Barbecue with our good friends and neighbor's the Sewell's and did a ton of fireworks! Laren doesn't like my apple crisp so, Laren and I had a bake off, I made a Pina Colada Pie and Laren made a Apple,Raspberry Crisp ! We both won, they were both very good! Food, Folks and Fun that's what its all about right!!
